Our service and calibration packages are designed to ensure your RDM and other test equipment remains reliable, accurate, and compliant over the long term. Available for both new and existing instruments, our plans offer flexible durations of 2, 3, or 5 years to suit your needs. Each package includes annual on-site visits to perform thorough servicing, calibration, and the issuance of a UKAS traceable certificate to ensure compliance and accuracy. During these visits, minor parts will be replaced as needed to keep your equipment running smoothly.

Customers who sign up to a plan along with a new instrument will receive sealing jaws, heaters and sensors / friction test beds, and sled foam free of charge, while those signing up with existing machines can purchase them at a 50% discount, ensuring essential components remain affordable and accessible. These components will then be refurbished and replaced during the engineer’s annual visit to maintain their performance and longevity.

In addition to on-site servicing, our plans provide comprehensive support through telephone and video consultations, ensuring your questions and concerns are addressed promptly. To add further value, our packages also include a 20% discount on call-outs and a 10% discount on spare parts, delivering cost savings and convenience throughout the duration of your plan.

While our packages are comprehensive, they do not include the supply of major replacement parts that may be required.
