Our Customer Service Department is a key element in the development, manufacture and after sales service of our products. The purchase of any RDM product is the beginning of a long and trusting partnership.
Our service comes with no compromises. We know that breakdowns engender high costs and that quick service is essential in case of an emergency. Our Service Department is staffed by a team of highly skilled and experienced engineers. Servicing can be provided on-site on request, on a scheduled annual basis or on contract. We also carry out work at the factory.
Maintenance and calibration contracts are available for virtually all our products.
