HSE-3 Gradient Heat Sealer

Efficient determination of heat seal thresholds is achieved with this multi jaw heat sealer. Up to 5 jaws can be fitted with independent temperature control providing a temperature gradient in the film. Each jaw is 25 x 50mm and the standard option seals onto a silicone rubber pad. The unit is also available with heated upper and heated lower sealing jaws of 25 x 50mm providing heat from both sides of your material.

• Common to all jaws, digital quartz timer, range 0.1 to 999.9 seconds.
• Accuracy +/- 0.01%
• Operation accuracy +/- 5%

Jaws:

• 3 or 5 25 x 50mm flat upper, silicone rubber lower. 3 or 5 heated upper and lower, flat or crimped.
