HSE-3 Heat Sealer

• Heated upper jaw, silicone rubber lower jaw (supplied as standard).
• Heated upper and lower jaws (flat faced or crimped). Meets ASTMF-2029.
• Teflon coating. Blister pack sealing platen and tray holder.
• Gradient sealing with 3 or 5 jaws.
• Split sealing head and control.
• Alarm package for temperature and pressure.

• Via self tuning PID control 0-300ºC, 1ºC resolution, type J thermocouple.
• Accuracy +/-0.5%

Pressure control:

• Via precision regulator controller, 0-100 PSI (other units) repeatability 0.02 PSI indication via digital meter and strain gauge transducer.
• Accuracy +/- 0.25%.
• Operating accuracy +/-5%

Dwell time:

• Via digital quartz timer, range 0.1 to 999.9 seconds.
• Accuracy +/- 0.01%. Operating accuracy +/-5%

Jaws:

• 300 x 25 as standard but can fit 350 x 25mm.

Supply:

• 220/240 VAC single phase 50/60 Hz (110/120 VAC available on request).
